Daniel is a seasoned competitor in BJJ and was also an accomplished referee for the IBJJF for many years. He currently holds the rank of 5th degree black belt. His style features a blend of modern and traditional Jiu-Jitsu techniques, which have earned him titles such as 2X World Master Champion, Pan American GI and NO GI champion, and multiple time IBJJF champion and medalist, along with numerous other accolades.
